Sharing a passion for recorded music since 1945
The Society holds a fortnightly meeting, on a Friday evening, at which an invited speaker will give themed talk, illustrated with musical extracts. Meetings are friendly and informal, and all are welcome. See the details of the forthcoming programme to find out what there is that might interest you.
Meetings start at 7:30pm and usually run through to approximately 9:30pm, with a short intermission at which refreshments are served.

Fees are payable on the night, there is no need for advance payment or booking.
Membership is £30 per annum, for a membership year running from April to March. Late into the year, Membership will be available for half price, reflecting the benefits remaining for the year ahead.
Meetings take place at St.Mildred’s Centre, Bingham Road, Croydon, CR0 7EB. The venue is accessible for those with disabilities.
St. Mildred’s Centre is close to bus and tram routes. Bus numbers 312, 130 (serving New Addington), 289 and 367 stop near the junction of Lower Addiscombe Road and Bingham Road, where St. Mildred’s is situated. Tramlink routes 1 and 2 stop at Addiscombe tramstop, from which the centre is a 5 minute walk.
Free car parking is available at the centre.
The meetings take place in a room at the rear of the Centre: follow the path down the side of the complex, past the main entrance to the centre, and you’ll find our room where the path turns under the archway.
